The president's journey through the heart of the Midwest is a tough one. A photo in the Wall Street Journal, taken the the semi-closed blinds of a small restaurant; showed him going to shake hands with a thick-necked man, who was turning around with an apprehensive look on his face. The president had his hand extended, nonetheless.
People there keep blaming him for the economy. It seems a little silly, considering he's only been in office for less than three years. He's not a magician and those who thought he could work magic, didn't understand what exactly he'd inherited.
Correction: meant to write "a photo take through the semi-closed blinds of a small restaurant.."
